<br />MSR: jp: 6/22/77 <br /> <br />0 R DIN A N C E <br /> <br />N o. 1 7 11 <br /> <br />--------- <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUL 11 1911' <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.41.9 OF THE CODE OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO THE SELF- <br />INSURANCE TRUST FUND <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />Section 2.41.9 of the Code of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />A special fund to be known <br /> <br />"Section 2.41.9. <br /> <br />as the 'Self-Insurance Trust Fund' is hereby es- <br /> <br />tablished. <br /> <br />All monies allocated to such fund <br /> <br />shall be appropriated or expended solely for the <br /> <br />purpose of payment of the City's costs related to <br /> <br />the maintenance and operation of self-insured <br /> <br />workers' compensation, general liability, crime <br /> <br />and property insurance programs, including, but <br /> <br />not limited to: <br /> <br />expenses involving administrative <br /> <br />and claims support services, legal services, safety <br /> <br />engineering services, claims liability and excess <br /> <br />insurance." <br /> <br />SECTION 2. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective 30 days from <br /> <br />the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
