<br />MINUTE ORDER <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />January 9. 2006 <br />MO. 06-05 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />January 10, 2006 <br /> <br />Attention: <br /> <br />City Attorney <br />Finance Department <br />Audit Committee <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Fiscal Year 2004/05 Financial Reports <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 7.1 F (503) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on January 9, 2006. <br /> <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Hartnett, Howard, Vice Mayor Foust, <br />and Mayor Pierce <br /> <br />Absent: Council Member Ira <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />MIS Foust/Hartnett that the Audit Committee members have independently <br />reviewed the City's FY 2004/05 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, the <br />independent auditors' recommendations to management and staff's reponses <br />thereto, the Redevelopment Agency's Basic Financial Statements and <br />independent auditors' reports, and the staff report prepared by the Director of <br />Finance and recommend that the City Council and Redevelopment Agency <br />Board acknowledge acceptance of these reports and documents. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a majority roll call vote. <br /> <br />~(.,~, &0 .
