CGM:dp:3/20/79 <br />R E S O L U T I O N No. <br />8263 ORIGINAL <br />2 15'9 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF APR <br />AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL AUDITING SERVICES FOR <br />FISCAL YEAR 1978-79 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement between C. G. Uhlenberg & Co., <br />Certified Public Accountants, and the City of Redwood City, <br />entitled "Agreement for Auditing Services" (form dated 3/20/79), <br />providing for the performance by said accountants of professional <br />auditing services for the City of Redwood City pertaining to <br />municipal funds during the fiscal year July 1, 1978, and ending <br />June 30, 1979, a copy of which agreement is presently on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for full particulars concerning the terms and conditions <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute the same for and on behalf of <br />the City of Redwood City. <br />8263 <br />
