R E S O L U T I O N N O. P-2379 <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING INTERIM PORT MANAGER <br />(Donald K. Snaman) <br />WHEREAS, as a result of the retirement of Michael J. Giari as Port <br />Manager, the Port of Redwood City desires to appoint an Interim Port Manager. <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. This Board of Port Commissioners appoints Donald K. Snaman as <br />Interim Port Manager effective immediately with salary and benefits <br />similar to the departing Port Manager's salary and benefits during <br />Donald K. Snaman's assignment as Interim Port Manager. <br />2. Donald K. Snaman's assignment as Interim Port Manager is subject to <br />the complete discretion of the Board of Port Commissioners and such <br />assignment may be terminated by motion of the Board of Port <br />Commissioners at any time and for any reason. <br />3. At such time that the Board of Port Commissioners terminates such <br />assignment, Donald K. Snaman shall return to his position of Director <br />of Operations at the salary and benefits previously set. <br />Res 258 <br />06/08/18 <br />
