ORIGINAL <br />AGREEMENT <br />HUMAN INVESTMENT PROJECT (HIP HOUSING) <br />(Home Sharing Program) g <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this rEllp v day of S� <br />20_, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ("City") and HUMAN INVESTMENT PROJECT <br />(HIP HOUSING), a Califomia nonprofit organization ("Subrecipient"; collectively the <br />"Parties"). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, Subrecipient provides certain services through programs, including <br />the Project described in Exhibits "A" ("Program & Quantitative Goals"), and "B" <br />("Program Budget"), attached hereto and made a part hereof; and <br />WHEREAS, Subrecipient has requested financial assistance in order to conduct <br />the Project described in Exhibit A for residents of City during the fiscal year <br />commencing July 1, 2018, and ending June 30, 2019 (the "Fiscal Year); and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows. <br />1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City will allocate to Subrecipient the sum of <br />Fifteen Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($15,000) (the "Subaward") for exclusive use by <br />Subrecipient during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2018, and ending June 30, <br />2019, solely for the purposes described in Paragraph 2. <br />2. USE OF FUNDS. Subrecipient will use the funds provided pursuant to <br />Paragraph 1 solely for the Project objectives described in Exhibit A and Exhibit B, <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br />3. CHANGES TO PROJECT.
