<br />04/24/2006 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14705 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. MO02 UNDER THE MASTER <br />AGREEMENT (No. 04-5029) FOR LOCAL AGENCY FEDERAL-AID <br />PROJECTS FOR SURFACE TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM (STP) <br />PROJECTS; AND DESIGNATING THE CITY MANAGER AS THE <br />AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE TO EXECUTE ALL AGREEMENTS <br />RELATED TO THE PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City entered into a Master Agreement with the <br /> <br />State of California Department of Transportation for Transportation Project Funding, <br /> <br />dated September 10, 2002 (the "Master Agreement"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 1 of Article I of the Master <br /> <br />Agreement, this Council desires to enter into a Program Supplement for the funding for <br /> <br />the rehabilitation and resurfacing of various City streets in the City of Redwood City (the <br /> <br />"Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Program Supplement No. MO02 allocates funds for construction for <br /> <br />the Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City wishes to delegate authorization to <br /> <br />execute these agreements and any amendments thereto to the City manager; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
