No. 13 and P.S. No. 16 <br />That the name and address of the owner of the aforesaid public work is the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, P.O. Box 391, City Hall, <br />Redwood City, California; <br />That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in fee and to the real <br />property upon which the aforesaid public work is removal and replacement of existing mechanical <br />and electrical structures; rehabilitation and repair of and existing wet well; furnishing, installation <br />of a temporary by-pass system, submersible pumps, motor control center (MCC); complete 30KW <br />generator; and connection of pump stations to existing force mains and associated work. <br />That the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed and to which <br />this notice of completion pertains is described as follows: <br />P.S. No. 13 - located near corner of Redwood Shores Parkway and Shoreline Drive <br />P.S.
