IS 7.3 ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $8,500 AND $11,200 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUND TO APPROPRIATION FOR CAPITAL EXPENDUTURES, LIBRARY DEPARTMENT FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS; AND TO APPROPRI,i"\TION FOR SUPPLIES AND OTHER SERVICES, OTHER NON-DEPARTMENTAL PROGRAMS, DEPARTMENT OF CITY CON/TROLLER FOR OPERATION OF COMMUNITY EDUCATION CENTER, RESPECTIVELY THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The sum of Eight Thousand Five Hundred and no/lOO Dollars ($8,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the Federal Revenue Sharing Fund to the appropriation for capital expenditures, Library Department to provide for construc- tion and installation of capital improvements at the Schaberg branch library and main library. Said sum shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1973 - June 30, 1974, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such purposes during the fis- cal year July 1, 1973 - June 30, 1974. Section 2. The sum of Eleven Thousand Two Hundred and no/lOa Dollars ($11,200.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the Federal Revenue Sharing Fund to the appropriation for supplies and other services, other non-departmental programs, Department of City Controller for the operation of the Community Education Center Program. Said sum shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1973 - June 30, 1974, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such purposes during the fis- cal year July 1, 1973 - June 30, 1974. Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after its adoption. * * *
