'7~ <br /> <br />ORD1.NANCE <br /> <br />N O. /t(...f<; <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $7,000 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF SPECIAL GAS TAX STREET IMPROVEMENT FUND TO <br />PROVIDE FOR HARBOR BOULEVARD STREET IMPROVEMENTS~ AND, <br />$81,000 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF SEWER FUND TO <br />PROVIDE FOR SANITARY SEWERAGE SYSTEM AND RELATED <br />FACILITIES TO SERVE MUNICIPAL MARINA AND PORT AREA <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />The sum of seven thousand dollars ($7,000) <br /> <br />is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the <br /> <br />Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund for the purpose of <br /> <br />providing for street improvements to Harbor Boulevard from <br /> <br />Bayshore Freeway to the Municipal Marina. Said sum shall be <br /> <br />for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1969-June 30, <br /> <br />1970, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for <br /> <br />such purposes during the fiscal year July 1, 1969-June 30, 1970. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. The sum of eighty one thousand dollars ($81,000) <br /> <br />is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the <br /> <br />Sewer Fund for the purpose of providing for a sanitary sewerage <br /> <br />system and related facilities to serve the Municipal Marina <br /> <br />and the Redwood City Port area. Sdid sum shall be for expendi- <br /> <br />ture during the fiscal year July 1, 1969-June 30, 1970, and <br /> <br />shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such purposes <br /> <br />during the fiscal year July 1, 1969-June 30, 1970. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
