DES:yc:l/15/70 ORIGINAL o R DIN A N C E N O. ,445 rIB Z 'l) AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 20.85 AND 20.99 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO ANGLE PARKING THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 20.85 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: "section 20.85 (a) Whenever any ordinance of this City designates and describes any street or portion thereof upon which angle parking shall be permitted, the City Manager shall mark or sign such street indicating the location and the angle at which vehicles shall be parked. "(b) When signs or markings are in place indicating angle parking as herein provided, no person shall park or stand a vehicle other than at the location and angle indicated by such signs or markings. "(c) Angle parking shall be permitted upon those streets and parts of streets described in section 20.99." SECTION 2. Section 20.99 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 20.99 In accordance with Section 20.85, and when signs or markings are in place giving notice thereof, drivers of vehicles may stand or park a vehicle only as indicated by such marks or signs on the following streets or portions thereof: " (a) Angle parking to the curb--both sides of winslow street between Marshall Street and Pennsylvania Avenue. " (b) Angle parking to the curb--both sides of Hamilton Street between Theatre street and Marshall street. 'J "( c) st1~/~ L/ SECTION 3. Angle parking in the center portion--Fox Court West, westerly of the intersection thereof with Carlos Avenue." This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after its adoption. * * * T
