<br />JHT.ek 2/6/69 <br /> <br />ORD.INANCE <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />J.3Cj I <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $7,500 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF SALES TAX CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND TO PROVIDE <br />FOR REPLACEMENT OF FILTER SYSTEM AT COMMUNITY PARK <br />SWIMMING POOL <br /> <br />E".l? i~. <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of seven thousand five hundred dollars <br /> <br />($7,500) is hereby appropriated from the unbudgeted unappropriated <br /> <br />balance of the Sales Tax Capital Outlay Fund to provide for the <br /> <br />replacement of the filter system mr the swimming pool at <br /> <br />Community Park, Redwood City. Said sum shall be for expenditure <br /> <br />during the fiscal year July 1, 1968-June 30, 1969, and shall be <br /> <br />in addition to all sums appropriated for such purposes during <br /> <br />the fiscal year July 1, 1968-June 30, 1969. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
