<br />DES: yc: 4/24/68 <br /> <br />o R DIN A N C E <br />--------- <br /> <br />NO.~ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.26 OF THE CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO THE ANNUAL BUDGET <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 2.26 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 2.26 <br /> <br />Notwithstanding the provisions of <br /> <br />section 51 of the Charter of the City, the City Manager <br />shall submit the proposed City budget to the Council at <br /> <br />or before its first regular meeting in May each year." <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
