<br />DES.ek 3/22/68 <br />O;"C-d'~ "' <br />~ \. ~ ,-,; l;_ <br /> <br />APR I '6l;j <br /> <br />o R DIN A N C E <br />--------- <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />JJ ~~ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $40,000 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF SALES TAX CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND TO PROVIDE <br />FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SUBDRAINAGE PROJECT IN VICINITY <br />OF FARM HILL BOULEVARD AND NOB HILL ROAD <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of forty thousand dollars ($40,000.00) <br /> <br />is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the <br /> <br />Sales Tax Capital Outlay Fund to provide for costs of construction <br /> <br />of a subdrainage project in the vicinity of Farm Hill Boulevard <br /> <br />and Nob Hill Road. Said sum shall be for expenditure during the <br /> <br />fiscal year July 1, 1967-June 30, 1968, and shall be in addition <br /> <br />to all sums appropriated for such purposes during the fiscal <br /> <br />year July 1, 1967-June 30, 1968. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
