Section 14.31 of Article III of Chapter 14 <br /> <br />of the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby amended to <br /> <br />read as follm'ls: <br /> <br />IISection 14.31. The schedule of charges for <br /> <br />sanitary inspections and refuse collection shall be <br /> <br />based upon the size of the container in which the <br /> <br />refuse is deposited and is hereby established on a <br />'I <br /> <br />monthly basis for a once a week service, as follows: <br /> <br />Service for each container over sixty gallons shall be <br /> <br />charged for at the rate of three and one-half cents <br /> <br />per gallon.1I <br /> <br />SECTION 2. The provisions of this ordinance shall be <br /> <br />operative from and after April 1, 1968; provided, however, <br /> <br />that the rates established herein shall go into effect <br /> <br />immediately following the completion of the billing period <br /> <br />in progress for any serviced premises on the operative date <br /> <br />of this ordinance. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />. <br />. <br />
