<br />REG.ek 3/30/67-7 <br /> <br />ORD1.Nl.NCE <br /> <br />N o. 1.3/)3 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRn~TING SUM OF $13,923 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALl1.NCE OF BUDGET RESERVES OF GENERl:.L FUND TO PROVIDE FOR <br />PURC&~SE OF MATERIALS, SUPPLIES AND SERVICES, STREET <br />MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF RED'i'lOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of thirteen thousand nine hundred twenty- <br /> <br />three dollars ($13,923) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated <br /> <br />balance of the budget reserves of the General Fund for the purpose <br /> <br />of providing funds for the purchase of materials, supplies and <br /> <br />services for Street Maintenance. Said sum shall be for expendi- <br /> <br />ture during the fiscal year July 1, 1966-June 30, 1967, and shall <br /> <br />be in addition to all sums appropriated for such purposes during <br /> <br />the fiscal year July 1, 1966-June 30, 1967. <br /> <br />SECTION 2 __ <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after <br /> <br />its adoption. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
