<br />RJC.ek 2/1/65-7 <br /> <br />1_:180 <br /> <br />ORD,!.Ni-\NCE <br /> <br />N o. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $48,000 FROM BUDGETED <br />RESERVE OF GENERAL FUND AS A LOAN TO ASSESSMENT <br />DISTRICT REVOLVING FUND FOR PURPOSE OF INTERIM <br />FINANCING OF 3PECIAL ASSESS~lliNT PROJECTS <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REmmOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLmJS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of forty-eight thousand dollars ($48,000) <br /> <br />is hereby appropriated from the budgeted reserve of the General <br /> <br />Fund to the Assessment District Revolving Fund for the purpose of <br /> <br />providing interim financing for the accomplishment of special <br /> <br />assessment projects, to be expended in accordance with the terms <br /> <br />and provisions of the Assessment District Revolving Fund. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. The appropriation provided for in Section 1 <br /> <br />hereof shall constitute a loan from the General Fund to the <br /> <br />Assessment District Revolving Fund and shall be repaid from <br /> <br />said fund to the General Fund. The City Auditor-Accountant <br /> <br />is hereby authorized and directed to make such repayment as soon <br /> <br />as sufficient funds exist in the Assessment District Revolving <br /> <br />Fund for said purpose. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
