<br />CES:djm 0?/05/90 (015/#27) <br /> <br />',- , , L <br />Uhili, i~j\ <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11225 <br /> <br />FEB 1 2 1990 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND KAINOS HOME AND <br />TRAINING CENTER FOR THE DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED FOR <br />THE ACQUISITION OF 2555 MIDDLEFIELD ROAD <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement Providing For <br /> <br />Acquisition And Operation Of Facility For Training Of The <br /> <br />Developmentally Disabled (KAINOS)", by and among the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, the County of San Mateo, and Kainos Home and <br /> <br />Training Center for the Developmentally Disabled, a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, and to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to <br /> <br />execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
