<br />MJP:djm Ol/'8/90 (Ol3/#27) <br />MJP : d j mOl, 2 / 90 R <br /> <br />r-, ~~-\~~\ji~l. <br />\"..11 'd,1L <br /> <br />JAN 2 2 '1990 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11209 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING REVISED GENERAL <br />PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, revisions and amendments to the Redwood City <br /> <br />General Plan have been prepared, including revised and amended <br /> <br />Land Use, Circulation, Housing, Open Space, Conservation, Noise, <br /> <br />and Safety Elements (hereinafter, the "Revised General Plan"), <br /> <br />which Revised General Plan is on file in the office of the <br /> <br />Planning Director; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the California Environmental Quality <br /> <br />Act (Pub. Res. C.~21000 et seq.), and the State Guidelines <br /> <br />implementive thereof (14 Cal. C. of Regs. ~15000 et seq.) the <br /> <br />Revised General Plan addresses the points required to be included <br /> <br />in an environmental impact report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City has held public hearings on, and has approved, all seven <br /> <br />elements of the proposed Revised General Plan, <br /> <br />and has <br /> <br />transmitted such proposed amendments to this Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has held public hearings on, and has <br /> <br />approved, with revisions, said proposed amendments; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> <br />REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain Revised General Plan (designated, revised, <br /> <br />1990), a copy of which is on file in the Office of the <br /> <br />Planning Director to which reference is hereby made for the full <br /> <br />particulars thereof is hereby approved and adopted. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
