ORICIIIAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13530 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF GRANT OF REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR <br />USE OF CERTAIN CITY -OWNED REAL PROPERTY <br />(JAZZERCISE CLASSES AT THE <br />SANDPIPER COMMUNITY CENTER) <br />1/4/99 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain revocable permit entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit <br />(Jazzercise Classes at the Sandpiper Community Center)" (form dated <br />10/29/98), pursuant to which Rebeccah Reichert of 414 26"' Avenue, San Mateo, <br />CA 94403, subject to certain terms and conditions, is hereby granted permission <br />to offer Jazzercise classes at that certain City -owned real property, commonly <br />known as the Sandpiper Community Center and located at 797 Redwood Shores <br />Parkway, Redwood City, California, and depicted on Exhibit "B," to the revocable <br />permit is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said permit <br />substantially in the form of Exhibit "A," for and on behalf of the City of Redwood <br />City. <br />Reso -SW <br />FlshlshlRedwoodlCouncil <br />FXS:rg <br />1029/98 <br />
