<br />SW:r':djk 03/01/88 (#21) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1 0 72 8 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />MAR '7 1988 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />AGREEMENT WITH TARGET <br />INC., FOR FUNDING OF <br />OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER <br /> <br />AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />EDUCATION AND WELFARE COUNCIL, <br />SENIOR CENTER ADDITION TO FAIR <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Senior Center <br /> <br />Addition to Fair Oaks Community Center" (form dated 2/2/88R), by <br /> <br />and between the City of Redwood City and Target Education and <br /> <br />Welfare Council, Inc., a copy of which agreement is on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk, and to which copy reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for full particulars hereof, is hereby approved, and <br /> <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />1 0 72 8 <br />
