<br />DA nt 01/29/88 (#22) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10715 <br /> <br />FE8 1 1988 <br /> <br />ORiGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE A STREET EASEMENT <br />(THAT PORTION OF FULLER STREET BETWEEN ARGUELLO STREET <br />AND WARREN STREET) IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF <br />DIVISION 9, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF <br />CALIFORNIA; SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING ALL <br />PERSONS INTERESTED IN OR OBJECTING TO THE PROPOSED <br />VACATION; AND ORDERING POSTING OF NOTICE OF SUCH <br />PROPOSED VACATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a easement for a street in the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, heretofore dedicated as described and depicted in Exhibit <br /> <br />"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and <br /> <br />commonly known as that portion of Fuller Street between Arguello <br /> <br />Street and Warren Street in the City of Redwood City, is not <br /> <br />needed for present or prospective highway or street purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City intends to <br /> <br />vacate said street easement subject to the conditions listed in <br /> <br />Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, <br /> <br />pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 of Division 9 (commencing <br /> <br />with ~8300) of the Streets and Highways Code; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The City Council hereby declares its intention to <br /> <br />vacate subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit "B", a street <br /> <br />easement as described and depicted in Exhibit "A", commonly known <br /> <br />as that portion of Fuller Street between Arguello Street and <br /> <br />Warren Street and elects to proceed with such vacation pursuant <br /> <br />to the provisions of Part 3 of Division 9 (commencing with ~8300) <br />of the Streets and Highways Code. <br /> <br />10715 <br />
