<br />SWC:SD 1/23/87 (#18)1 <br /> <br />1.0415 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JAN 2 6 1987 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES IN COOPERATION WITH <br />THE REDWOOD CITY CONSORTIUM FOR SCHOOL AGE CHILD CARE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 10373, adopted November <br /> <br />10, 1986, the City entered into that certain agreement entitled <br /> <br />"Contract Between San Mateo County Department of Social Services <br /> <br />and the City of Redwood City for the Redwood City Consortium", <br /> <br />whereby the County will finance, and the City will administer, as <br /> <br />agent for the Redwood City Consortium for School-age Child Care <br /> <br />("Consortium"), a program for the development of child care <br /> <br />resources in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the aforesaid agreement, the City is <br /> <br />required to retain a professional consultant to carry out certain <br /> <br />duties specified in said agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an <br /> <br />agreement for consulting services, and it is the desire of this <br /> <br />Council to approve such agreement and to authorize its execution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement (form dated 1/23/87), by and between <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City and Kristen Anderson, a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, and to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to <br /> <br />; ,~' <br /> <br />.~ <br />a <br /> <br />.., <br />, <br />
