<br />DAS:sJ.- 1/13/87 <br /> <br />(#18) <br /> <br />--------- <br /> <br />No.10409 <br /> <br />ORI,;'''\'~'1l , <br />t 't~ j ~~.; {~'... <br />JAN 20 1987 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR DORMANT <br />SPRAYING OF CITY SYCAMORE TREES - 1987; AND AUTHORIZING <br />CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for dormant spraying of sycamore trees owned by <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for such <br /> <br />dormant spraying; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain contract documents and specifications <br /> <br />entitled "City of Redwood City Dormant Spray of Sycamore Trees _ <br /> <br />1987", including all spray formulations and lists referenced <br /> <br />therein, prepared in the office of the Director of Parks, <br /> <br />Recreation and Community Services and on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
