<br />/ <br /> <br />DAS: p'- 12/29/86 <br /> <br />(#18) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 Q 39;) <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JAN 5 1007 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR DORMANT <br />SPRAYING OF CITY MODESTO ASH TREES 1987; AND <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for dormant spraying of modesto ash trees owned by <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for such <br /> <br />dormant spraying; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain contract documents and specifications <br /> <br />entitled "City of Redwood City Dormant Spraying of Ash Trees - <br /> <br />198711, including all plans and drawings referenced therein, <br /> <br />prepared in the office of the Director of Parks, Recreation and <br /> <br />Community Services and on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
