<br />SWC:sh 1/17/86 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />~ Q. .l1U2 3 <br /> <br />JAN 2 0 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 10083 RELATING TO <br />THE SEAPORT CENTRE SUBDIVISION PARCEL MAPS NO. 85-12 <br />AND 85-13 TO AUTHORIZE REVISION TO THE IMPROVEMENT <br />AGREEMENT AUTHORIZED BY SAID RESOLUTION NO. 10083 TO <br />SUBSTITUTE A NEW SUBDIVIDER <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 10083, adopted December 2, 1985, is hereby <br /> <br />amended so as to recognize Seaport Centre Venture, a California <br /> <br />General Partnership as the Subdivider of the Parcels referenced <br /> <br />in said Resolution, and to authorize execution of a revised <br /> <br />subdivision improvement agreement with said Seaport Centre <br /> <br />Venture, instead of Lincoln Property Company No. 388, Ltd., under <br /> <br />the same terms and conditions as approved pursuant to Resolution <br /> <br />No. 10083. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10123 <br />
