<br />SWC:sh 1/2/86 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10108 <br /> <br />ORJGINAL <br />JAN 6 1.985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF SEAPORT <br />INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT 1 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, <br />CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND <br />ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; <br />AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map of Seaport Industrial Park Unit 1 <br /> <br />Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian, <br /> <br />Kangas, Foulk & Associates for Ricardo D. Ramirez, owner of <br /> <br />record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the Director <br /> <br />of Public Works as being in conformity with the tentative map for <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />subdivision, <br /> <br />is approved, <br /> <br />subj ect to the following <br /> <br />conditions: <br /> <br />(a) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owners or subdividers of said <br />subdivision shall enter into and execute that <br />certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement <br />for the Improvements of Seaport Industrial Park <br />Unit 1 Subdivision," wherein the owners or <br />subdividers, in consideration of the approval of <br />said map by the City, shall agree to construct and <br />complete, in the time specified in said agreement, <br />all improvements required of owners under the <br />provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City <br />of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations <br />of said City, and such other improvements <br />designated or mentioned in said agreement. <br /> <br />(b) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owners or subdividers shall <br />furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk a <br />good and sufficient security in a form to be <br />approved by the City Attorney, securing the <br />faithful performance by said owners or subdividers <br />of all work and the construction of all <br />improvements designated or mentioned in said <br />agreement, and within the time therein specified, <br />the amount of said security to be Seventy-three <br /> <br />10108 <br />
