<br />73-01A <br /> <br />WMAM UA:rb 09/17/85 17c <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No.1 0020 <br /> <br />Sf? 23 1985 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO <br />MAKE CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS <br /> <br />SEAPORT BOULEVARD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />California, that the public interest, convenience and necessity require, <br /> <br />and that it is the intention of said Council to make the following <br /> <br />changes and modifications in the proceedings undertaken by said City <br /> <br />pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 9795, adopted by said Council on <br /> <br />February 4, 1985; <br /> <br />a) Change and modify the plans and specifications <br />for the work to be done in connection with the <br />construction of certain improvements within the boundaries <br />of the assessment district formed pursuant to the <br />assessment proceedings undertaken for Seaport Boulevard <br />Assessment District, pursuant to said Resolution of <br />Intention, to conform to those certain plans and <br />specifications entitled "Plans and Specifications for the <br />Seaport Boulevard Landscape Project" prepared by Roberts <br />Associates, dated August 26, 1985, and on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk of said City. <br /> <br />All of said changes and modifications shall be made <br />by the Engineer either on the face of the report or by <br />filing an amendment thereto. <br /> <br />Said modified plans and specifications are hereby <br />preliminarily approved and ordered filed in the office of <br />the City Clerk. <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday, the 28th day of October, <br /> <br />1985, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m. in the regular meeting place of <br />said Council, Board of Supervisors' Chambers, 401 Marshall Street, <br /> <br />Redwood City, California, are hereby fixed as the time and place when <br /> <br />10020 <br />
