<br />DCB:sh <br />)CB: sh <br /> <br />8/21/85 <br />9/20/85R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10016 <br /> <br />OR1G\ NAl <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br />AGREEMENT WITH RIPLEY ASSOCIATES FOR <br />EXPANSION AND ALTERATIONS <br /> <br />EXECUTION OF <br />CIVIC CENTER <br /> <br />SEP 2 3 1985 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has accepted a feasibility study relating <br /> <br />to Civic Center expansion and alterations by Ripley Associates; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City now requires final design and cost estimation <br /> <br />services in connection with the Civic Center Expansion and <br /> <br />Alterations Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City desires to engage Ripley Associates to perform <br /> <br />the final design and cost estimation services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />"Agreement <br /> <br />For <br /> <br />Architectural <br /> <br />Services <br /> <br />For <br /> <br />Civic <br /> <br />Center <br /> <br />Expansion <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Alterations" (forms dated September 20, 1985) by and between the <br />City of Redwood City and Ripley Associates, for Civic Center <br /> <br />Expansion and Alterations Project is hereby approved in the total <br /> <br />contract sum not to exceed Seven Hundred Sixty Five Thousand and <br /> <br />No/I00 Dollars ($765,000.00), a copy of the agreement is on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, to which agreement reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for full particulars thereof, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized to execute said agreement for and on behalf of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />0016 <br />
