ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> for <br /> <br /> HERON COURT NEIGHBORHOOD NETWORK CENTER <br /> <br /> (HERON COURT COOPERATIVE, INC.) <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this O~.~'~ day of <br />~~,, ~// , 2001, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> ri <br />mu~cipal corporation of the State of California, (City), and HERON COURT <br /> <br />COOPERATIVE, INC., a California nonprofit corporation (Contractor); <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor operates Heron Court Neighborhood Network Center for <br />persons who reside in the City (the Program); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to conduct <br />the Program for residents of City during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2001, and <br />ending June 30, 2002; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City has reviewed said request and desires to allocate to Contractor <br />the sum of Five Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($5,000.00) from its Community <br />Development Block Grant funds for the Program; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Financial Assistance. City shall allocate to Contractor the sum of Five <br />Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($5,000.00) for exclusive use by Contractor during the <br />fiscal year commencing July 1, 2001, and ending June 30, 2002, solely for the purposes <br />described in paragraph 2. <br /> <br />8/15/01 <br /> <br /> <br />
