0 R I G I N A L 1/26/98 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13276 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR BOND COUNSEL SERVICES FOR <br /> MULTIFAMILY HOUSING REVENUE REFUNDING BONDS <br /> <br /> (JONES HALL, A PROFESSIONAL LAW CORPORATION) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement For Bond Counsel Services - <br />By and Between the City of Redwood City and Jones Hall, A Professional Law <br />Corporation, for Bond Counsel Services in Connection With Multifamily Housing <br />Revenue Refunding Bonds", by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, and Jones Hall, a Professional <br />Law Corporation, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-350 <br />DES:djk <br />F\Shared/Redwood/Council 13 2 7 6 <br />0112 0/9 8 <br /> <br /> <br />
