0 R I G I N A L 1/26/98 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13273 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT <br /> AND REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN <br /> CONNECTION THEREWITH <br /> <br /> (SPANISH IMMERSION SCHOOL RUN/WALK FUNDRAISER) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain letter permit issued to Ms. Gina Simmering of Spanish <br />Immersion School for the use of certain public rights-of-way in connection with <br />the SPANISH IMMERSION SCHOOL RUN/WALK FUNDRAISER on March 14, <br />1998, in the form of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein is hereby approved, the regulation of the public rights-of-way <br />described therein is hereby adopted pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21100, <br />and the Chief of Police is hereby authorized to issue said permit. <br /> <br />Reso-348 1 <br />DES:djk <br />G:/Shared/Redwood/Council <br />01/09/98 13273 <br /> <br /> <br />
