<br />f:GM:rb 2/02/84 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 9 51 5 <br /> <br />FEB 6 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR SOILS ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATING <br />TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF WATER MAIN IN TWIN DOLPHIN <br />DRIVE - PHASE V <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council awarded a bid for the construction of <br /> <br />a water main in Twin Dolphin Drive - Phase V on September 26, <br /> <br />1983; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain soils engineering services are required to <br /> <br />be undertaken with respect to said construction project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, TransPacific Geotechnical Engineers, Inc. has <br /> <br />represented to the City that it is qualified and willing to <br /> <br />perform such services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to the Council an <br /> <br />agreement by and between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />TransPacific Geotechnical Engineers, Inc., for the performance of <br /> <br />the aforesaid engineering services, and it is the intention and <br /> <br />desire of this Council to approve said agreement and authorize <br /> <br />its execution <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Soils <br /> <br />Engineering Services" (form dated 2/02/84) by and between the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City and TransPacific Geotechnical Engineers, <br /> <br />Inc., a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the <br /> <br />9515 <br />
