<br />SWC:d~~-c 1/20/82 <br /> <br />ORiGINAL <br />JAN 2 5 1982 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N 2.. 9 0 <1 :i <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AGENT FOR PURPOSES <br />OF DISASTER RELIEF <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Pursuant to the requirements of the Disaster Relief Act <br /> <br />(P.L. 288, 93rd Congress), and with the rules and regulations <br /> <br />of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, this Council does <br /> <br />hereby adopt that required form resolution labeled "Designation <br /> <br />of Applicant's Agent" a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> <br />incorporated herein by reference; and does further designate <br /> <br />the City Manager and the Finance Director as agents of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City for the purpose of obtaining federal financial <br /> <br />assistance available pursuant to the Disaster Relief Act. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9043 <br />
