0 R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14121 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR RODENT AND COCKROACH CONTROL <br />PROGRAM: SANITARY SEWERS - CREEKS — MARINA — PORT <br />— CORP YARD FOR CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA; <br />AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR <br />BIDS THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, contract documents and specifications for Rodent and <br />Cockroach Control Program: Sanitary Sewers - Creeks — Marina — Port — Corp <br />Yard for City of Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed <br />by, this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents and <br />Specifications for "Rodent and Cockroach Control Program: Sanitary Sewers - <br />Creeks — Marina — Port — Corp Yard for City of Redwood City, California ", <br />prepared by the Department of Public Works Services, a copy of which <br />documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br />2.
