0RIGI NAL 1/10/00 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13807 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF GRANT OF REVOCABLE <br />ENCROACHMENT PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF UNDERGROUND CONDUITS WITH COMMUNICATION <br />LINES <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain grant of revocable permit entitled, "Grant of Revocable <br />Encroachment Permit for the Construction of Underground Conduit with <br />Communication Lines" (form dated 12/16/99), pursuant to which Oracle <br />Corporation, subject to certain terms and conditions, are hereby granted <br />permission to construct underground conduits with communication lines on <br />dedicated or granted City right -of -way within that certain real property, located in <br />Oracle Parkway, situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, <br />California, and described in Exhibit "A" and depicted in Exhibit "B," attached <br />hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, is hereby approved, and the <br />City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and <br />to attest thereto, respectively, said grant of revocable encroachment permit for <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />x x x <br />Reso-797 <br />Ushared /Redwood /Council <br />12/16/99 <br />FXS:rg <br />
