217100 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13823 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING EXHIBIT B OF RESOLUTION NO. <br />13585 RELATING TO THE SALARY AND WAGE PLAN FOR <br />EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS REPRESENTED BY THE <br />REDWOOD CITY MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, <br />BY REVISING THE SALARY FOR THE POSITION OF <br />INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 13585 entitled, 'Resolution Establishing a <br />Salary and Wage Plan for Employee Classifications Represented by the <br />Redwood City Management Employees Association (RCMEA); and Rescinding <br />Resolution No. 12622 and Any and All Amendments Pertaining Thereto ", <br />adopted March 22, 1999, is hereby amended by revising Exhibit B of the salary <br />schedule for the position of Information Technology Manager as set forth in <br />Exhibit B -2 ", attached hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein. <br />2. This resolution shall be effective upon the date of its adoption; <br />provided, however, that the salary rates set forth in Exhibit B -2 for the position of <br />Information Technology Manager be operative retroactively from and after <br />October 11, 1999. <br />Reso-815 <br />DES:djk <br />F:/Shared /Redwood /Council <br />01120/00 <br />
