gES:djk 01/08/96 (059/41) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 1/22/96 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12682 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATING <br /> TO ROCK SLOPE PROTECTION FOR SANDPIPER LAGOON <br /> SUBDIVISION <br /> <br /> (BRIAN KANGAS FOULK) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to construct <br /> <br />rock slope protection for Sandpiper Lagoon Subdivision in the <br />City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br />professional consulting engineering services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Brian Kangas Foulk of Redwood City, California <br />represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and <br />expertise to perform the aforesaid services required for the <br />Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement Consulting <br />Engineering Services - Rock Slope Protection for Sandpiper Lagoon <br />Subdivision" (form dated 01/08/96), by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br />and Brian Kangas Foulk of Redwood City, California, for the <br />performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br /> <br />
