AGREEMENT ORIGINAL <br />REBUILDING TOGETHER PENINSULA <br />(Safe at Home) <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this I 'A day of Cti6be-r­ <br />2019, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ("City") and REBUILDING TOGETHER <br />PENINSULA, a California nonprofit organization ("Subrecipient; collectively the <br />'Parties"). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, Subrecipient provides certain services through programs, including <br />the Project described in Exhibits "A" ("Program & Quantitative Goals"), and "B" <br />('Program Budget'), attached hereto and made a part hereof; and <br />WHEREAS, Subrecipient has requested financial assistance in order to conduct <br />the Project described in Exhibit A for residents of City during the fiscal year <br />commencing July 1, 2019, and ending June 30, 2020 (the "Fiscal Year"). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows: <br />1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City will allocate to Subrecipient the sum of <br />Twenty Thousand Five Hundred Forty and No/100 Dollars ($20,540) (the "Subaward") <br />for exclusive use by Subrecipient during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2019, and <br />ending June 30, 2020, solely for the purposes described in Paragraph 2. <br />2. USE OF FUNDS. Subrecipient will use the funds provided pursuant to <br />Paragraph 1 solely for the Project objectives described in Exhibit A and Exhibit B, <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br />3. CHANGES TO PROJECT. No changes in the Project described in this <br />Agreement which is funded by the Subaward will be made without the prior written <br />consent of City. <br />REV: 09-09-19 DZ <br />
