RD 00-13 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: November 20, 2000 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attomey <br /> Planning & Redevelopment <br /> <br />SUBJECT Third Amendment of Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) <br /> for Franklin Street Project - Shea Homes <br /> <br />Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City on November 13, <br />2000. <br /> <br />Present: Directors Hartnett, Howard, Ira, Jordan, Pierce, Vice Mayor Claire and Mayor Ruskin <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br /> M/S: HartneWIra to extend the Exclusive Right to Negotiate for only a <br /> period of 60 days from November 20. The extension is to be <br /> conditioned on that by the close of business on November 20, the <br /> City receives a letter that outlines each of the issues that the project <br /> proponent considers need to be resolved or agreed upon and that <br /> the list include issues that staff will bring to the attention of the <br /> project proponent as well as those the proponent already has in <br /> line. Secondly, that the extension be conditioned upon a waiver by <br /> the project proponent of any claims that it has, may have or could <br /> have arising from the entire process through the date of the <br /> extension. <br /> And <br /> Adopt RESOLUTION RD 00-58 OF THE REDEVELOPMENT <br /> AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT OF THE THIRD <br /> AMENDMENT OF THE DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT <br /> AGREEMENT WITH SHEA HOMES LIMITED PARTNERSHIP FOR <br /> THE FRANKLIN STREET PROJECT; <br /> <br /> <br />
