(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />January 25, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Aguirre and Reddy to: <br />1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Design Professional Agreement for <br />engineering services and environmental review with Craftwater Engineering Inc. for the Regional <br />Stormwater Capture Project at Red Morton Park in the amount of $1,113,333; and <br />2. Adopt a resolution accepting a U.S. Water Quality Improvement Fund award of $200,000 from <br />the United States Environmental Protection Agency via the County Of San Mateo; accepting a <br />grant award of $913,333 from the California Natural Resources Agency; authorizing the City <br />Manager to execute the grant agreements and related contract documents; and increasing the <br />capital outlay fund revenue and expenditure budgets by $1,113,333. <br />Motion pas*7-0bcal te. <br />Pamela Agui, <br />City Clerk <br />
