(505) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />February 8, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Reddy and Smith to: <br />1. Approve an Affordable Housing Grant Agreement, in an amount not to exceed $3,386,497 in <br />specified affordable housing funds, to Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco for the <br />construction of a 20 -unit, affordable ownership project located at 612 Jefferson Avenue; <br />2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the agreement and make any minor, <br />clarifying and conforming changes approved by the City Attorney; and <br />3.
