MINUTE ORDER <br /> <br /> REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING <br /> <br /> August 17, 1998 <br /> <br /> MO. 26-98RD <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: August 21, 1998 <br /> <br />Attention: City Manager <br /> City Attorney <br /> Community Development Director <br /> Council <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Proposed Downtown Retail-Cinema Project (402) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City on August 17, 1998. <br /> <br />Present: Directors Bain, Claire,, Leipzig, Ruskin and Chairperson Howard <br /> <br />Absent: Hartnett and Ira <br /> <br />The following motion was made and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />Director Hartnett stated he has a client who owns property in the area being considered. <br />Therefore, he excused himself (8:55 PM). <br /> <br /> Director Ira left Chamber at 9:00 PM. Should the area be redefined, participation by <br /> Director Ira will be reevaluated <br /> <br /> M/S: Leipzig, Bain, to define the project description as the "Proposed Downtown <br /> Retail-Cinema Project" as it is described in the Requests for Proposals, amended to <br /> include the word changes presented as follows: <br /> <br /> (Ruskin's additions) <br /> <br /> item 1. shall read "Street elevations must not be blank walls, but should contain <br /> glazed retail units and/or glazed lobbies." <br /> <br /> <br />
