AFFIDAVIT OF POSTI~G NOTICE TO DESTROY WEEDS state of California ) County of San Mateo ) SSe C. L. DIMMITT _, being first duly sworn, deposes and says: That he is now and was during all the times herein mentioned the duly appointed, qualified and acting Street Superintendent of the City of Redwood City, County and state aforesaid. That on the ll~th day of March, 1936, the Council of the Ci ty of Redwood City passed Resolution Declaring Nuisance No. S-l, declaring that noxious and poisonous weeds were growing on all the sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, boulevards and highways in said city and upon all of the lots and property in said city, which weeds are of a kind which bear seeds of a wingy or dovmy nature, and will attain such large growth as to become a fire menace when dry, and that such weeds con- stitute a public nuisance. That after the passage of said Resolution Declaring Nuisance No. 8-1 he caused to be conspicuously posted along all of thB sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, boulevards and highways of said city upon which said noxious or dangerous weeds are growing and in front of all private property upon which such weeds are growing at not more than one hundred (100) feet apart notices entitled TtNotice to Destroy Weeds", a copy of said notices so posted as aforesaid is annexed hereto and made a part hereof. th That the posting of said notices was completed on the ~ day of April, 1936. , ~ ~ (!J D\.
