f":'~""~'I.'.-'''' If"" ...... 7' ./1 RESQ11I~IQN~F INTENTION NO. 1938~6 RESOLVED, that the public interest and convenience reauire, and that it is the tntention of the Council of the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, state of California, to order the fOllowing work to be done in said City, to wit: That the fOllowing described property be vacated and closed as a public street and highway and railroad crossing, to wit: All that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the County of San Mateo, state of California, more particularly described as follows, to wit: BEGI1TNING at a point on the Southeasterly right of way line of the Southern Pacl.flc Railroad Company's right of way for the Redwood Harbor spur track which is 8.5 feet Southea.ster- ly, measured radially, from the center line of ~aid spur track at Engineer's Station 130...50; thence Northeasterly along said Southea.sterly right of way line on the arc of a curve concave to the right and having a radius of 1901.41 feet (tangent to said curve at last described point bears South 18038'32" west) an arc distance of 49.779 feet to a point; thence North 6905l{~?8'' West 118.5 feet to 8 point i.n the Northwesterly line of the riZht of \j<.rey of said spur track; thence alonr: said right of way line in R Southwester- Iv direction on the arc of a curve concave to the left and h~ving a radius of 1949.91 feet (tangent to said curve at last described po:tnt bears North20008'32tT East) an arc distance of 51.035 feet to a point; thence south 71021'28" East 48.5 feet to the point of beginning, containing an area of 2445 square feet, more or less.
