<br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that in con- <br />formity with Section 1770 of the Labor Code of the State of California, <br />with amendments thereto and other laws, that the minimum compensation to <br />be paid for any skilled or unskilled labor for work to be -performed in <br /> <br />the improvement of Brewster Avenue between the southwest line of Elwood <br />.
