<br />\ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood <br />City that the resignation of C. W. ELTRINGHAM, City Clerk, <br />Treasurer and Auditor of the City of Redwood City be and the <br />same ~s hereby accepted, effective at 9:00 o'clock A.M. on <br /> <br />the 23rd day of November, 1942, and that a surety bond, or <br />bonds, now held by said City for the faithful performance of <br /> <br />the duties of said C. W. Eltringham as such Clerk, Treasurer <br />and Auditor be transferred to RALPH S. DODGE as such Clerk, <br />Treasurer and Auditor effective November 23~ 1942, or that <br />said bonds be cancelled and new bonds be issued 'in the same <br /> <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing <br /> <br />resolution: <br /> <br />Councilmen: R.F.
