<br />RESOLUTION REQUIRING THE ABATEMENT OF NUISANCE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City, <br />did, on the 1st day of March, 1943, pass and adopt Resolution <br />Declaring Nuisance No. 1943-1, 1n whi~h resolution it was de- <br />clared that noxious or dangerous weeds were growing upon all <br />the sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, boulevards and highways <br />in said city, and upon all the lots and property 1n said city, <br />which weeds are of a kind which bear seeds of a wlngy or downy <br />nature and will 8 ttalnsuch large growth as to become a fire <br />menace when dry, and that said weeds constitute a public nuisance; <br />and <br /> <br />-1- <br />
