RESOLVED by the City Council o~ the City of' Red- wood 01 ty that said Council, for and on behalf' of said city, author1z~ the granting of a quit e~im deed from said city to WILLIE D. NARDELLI and RUTH M.~ NARDELLI, his wife, in joint tenancy, ot all that real property situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, state of California, and particularly described as follows: Lot 14 in Block 12, as shown and delineated on that certain map entitled: "Map No.2 of' Central Park Redwood City San Mateo Countyttt", which was filed in the office of the County necorder of said county and state on July 20, 1912 in Book 8 of Maps at pages 15 and 16, in consideration of the sum ot ONE HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN and 55/100, - - - - -($147.55) - - .. - DOLLARS received from the sale of said property by Ralph MacArthur, County Tax Collector ot the County of San Mateo, said state, as the pro rata of the City of Redwood City tor delinquent taxes and assessments on said property; and RESOLVED that said Council further directs that ROBERT W. MEAD, as City Manager o~ said city, be authorized and directed to execute' said deed on behalf of said city.
