NARDELLI, HIS WIFE, IN <br />JOINT TENANCY. <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the City Council o~ the City of' Red- <br />wood 01 ty that said Council, for and on behalf' of said city, <br />author1z~ the granting of a quit e~im deed from said city <br />to WILLIE D. NARDELLI and RUTH M.~ NARDELLI, his wife, in joint <br /> <br />tenancy, ot all that real property situated in the City of <br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo, state of California, and <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 14 in Block 12, as shown and <br />delineated on that certain map entitled: "Map <br />No.2 of' Central Park Redwood City San Mateo <br />Countyttt", which was filed in the office of the <br />County necorder of said county and state on <br />July 20, 1912 in Book 8 of Maps at pages 15 <br />and 16, <br /> <br />in consideration of the sum ot <br /> <br />ONE HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN and <br /> <br />55/100, - - - - -($147.55) - - .. - DOLLARS received from the sale <br />of said property by Ralph MacArthur, County Tax Collector ot <br />the County of San Mateo, said state, as the pro rata of the <br />City of Redwood City tor delinquent taxes and assessments on <br />said property; and <br />RESOLVED that said Council further directs that <br /> <br />ROBERT W.
