RESOLVED by the Council of the. City of Redwood City, County -of San Mateo, state of California, that the diagram of assessment under Resolution of Intention No. 1945-3, passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City on the 16th day of April, 1945, as said diagram has been prepared by CF~RLES E. RANDLETT, Acting City Engineer of said City of Redwood City, and submitted this 21st day of January, 1946, be and the same is hereby adopted as the diagram of the assessment for the work described in said Resolution of Intention No. 1945-3, which Resolution of Intention No. 1945-3 is now on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City, and to which reference is hereby made for a description of the work herein referred to; and BE IT FURTBER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Red- wood City, County of San ruateo, State of California, that the Red- wood City Tribune, a daily newspaper published, printed and circulated in ssid City of Redwood City, be and the same is hereby designated as the newspaper in which to publish the "Notice of Filing Street Assessment and of Time Fixed for Hearing Thereonu for work done under said Resolution of Intention No. 1945-3 of said Council hereinabove referred to. Passed and adopted by the Council of the Ci ty of,\ Redwood Ci ty at a regular meeting thereof held on the 21st day of J-anuary, 1946 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmen: Anderson.
