<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No. 431 <br /> <br />AWARDING CONTRACT FOR REPAIRS TO FIRE HOUSE <br />No.2, IN REDWOOD CITY. <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Redwood City that <br /> <br />a contract for repairs of Fire House No.2 be awarded to B. & B. <br /> <br />Termite Company on a cost plus basis, with a luaximum liability of <br /> <br /> <br />the City of One Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($1,700.00) for re- <br /> <br />pairs specified in a letter from said B. & B. Termite Company <br /> <br />dated January 13, 1947. <br />FURTHER RESOLVED that the City :Manager be and he is hereby <br /> <br />authorized to execute such contract for'and on behalf of this City. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 3d day of February, <br /> <br />1947, by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the <br /> <br />foregoing resolution:.
